There are 12 Sacred Tear Locations in Elden Ring (Flask Upgrades). The Sacred Tears upgrade the strength of your flask. They can be redeemed at sites of grace in the Flask Menu. The upgrade level will then show on your Health Flask and FP Flask and they will restore more with each use.

Finding all Sacred Tears will make the game a bit easier, especially at higher levels when you have a bigger health bar.
